Hotel Policy

Stay Conditions

1. Check-in / Check-out
   Check-in is available from 2:00 PM onward. Check-out is by 12:00 PM.

2. Guest Age Requirement
   The primary guest checking in must be at least 18 years old and must present a valid ID card or passport.

3. Extra Bed Policy

   3.1 Infants and Young Children (0–6 years old)

   • Height requirement: not over 110 cm
   • Children may stay with their parents at no additional room charge when using the existing bed.
   • A baby cot is available free of charge, subject to availability.

   3.2 Older Children (7–11 years old)

   • Height requirement: 111–140 cm
   • When sharing an existing bed with parents, a breakfast fee of THB 350 per child per night applies.
   • If a child is taller than 140 cm, even if their age is below the stated range, the hotel may require an extra bed in accordance with safety policies and accommodation standards.

   3.3 Guests Aged 12 Years and Above

   • Height requirement: 141 cm and above
   • The hotel considers these guests as adults under the Extra Person policy.
   • The extra bed charge for adults is THB 700 per person per night, including breakfast.

   Additional Conditions

   • Only 1 extra bed is allowed per room.
   • Extra bed availability depends on the room type and whether the room can accommodate additional space.

4. Pets
   Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.

5. Cooking in Rooms
   Guests are not allowed to cook in any room type, including the use of electric stoves, portable gas stoves, or any cooking equipment that may cause smoke or disturbing odors.

6. Smoking Policy
   The hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
